It's OK, Harry...maybe the worm is symbolic for Ginny?
So I got myself The Tales of Beedle the Bard recently...and killed myself laughing at the Fountain of Fair Fortune.
I mean, seriously...what the SHIT was the worm about. It's the way she wrote it so casually, and how after the face sucking had happened, none of the characters were even a little bit freaked out by it. :'D
If you haven't read it yet, GO GET IT. It's brilliant.
I was on Skype with my buddy when I read this. I started reading it out loud and during the part about the worm and sweat and stuff, I was laughing too hard to talk, and my friend thought I was having a panic attack. ... Love the picture, by the way.
The Fountain of Fair Fortune is my favorite of the stories in the Tales of Beetle the Bard! I read it every night for like, two weeks, in hopes that I would have it memorized. I almost had the first few pages word-for-word at one point. hahaha.
I LOVE THE RANDOMNESS OF THAT ONE!!! So. Buggering. Epic. Lurve the part with Ron and Hermione. I must say that Ron was rather characteristic. I lve the Harry/Tear-sucking worm comparison with Harry/Ginny. They always annoyed me a bit.
