Description

Oh dear...she has bad luck with pets...

Haha, well, I'm no expert at flash, so all the dodgy bits will get fixed when I can be bothered, and when I know how!

Heheee, but anyway, this is the second part of the sluggie poem! PUT YOUR VOLUME UP It might be quiet!

Part One: "I Had a Slug..." [link]

Again, this was written by my mum (:iconotterwen:) a long time ago, when she was fifteen.

Twas voiced by the brilliant Monica!

Guess what else! ......There's probably going to be a part three. Mwahahahaha, you poor souls...

----

I Had a fish...

At the fair the other day
In amongst the stalls
Was one where you could win a fish
By throwing yellow balls

I decided then and there a fish
Would make a lovely pet
And wondered with my 80 pence
How many I could get

After several losses
On my fourth attempt
I won a tiny little fish
That swam around all bent

I kept him in a shiny bowl
With weed and coloured stone
I thought he looked quite happy
In his new and shiny home

But a week or so later
His scales were not so gold
And Mummy said my crooked fish
Was now struck down with mould

I didn’t know what I could do
To help my little friend
I knew no fishy remedies
To get him on the mend

Then I had a great idea
If the mould had made him sick
Perhaps some soapy water
Would just do the trick

But alas, the best carbolic soap
That I could find in town
Couldn’t help my fishy pal
From floating upside down

I found him in the morning
My dear and trusty friend
And Mummy said it was the soap
That got him in the end

I put him in a matchbox
A little grave I dug
I thought it would be fitting
To bury him by slug

I got a fish at a carnival once, I put it in tap water and it died
I was young, so I didn't know ;-;
